Description

Aurora at North Bethesda Center boasts contemporary residential design and a variety of private amenity options. Both the Aurora and its sister property are prominently anchored at the close of the building-lined corridor down the East end of North Bethesda Center. Aurora will be the first building to break ground since the new sector plan for White Flint was accepted. The building is less than a ¼ mile from the White Flint metro station, and across the street from a Harris Teeter.

Glass towers frame the two structures and complement the textured facades. This 18-story high-rise building welcomes guests through a voluminous two-story lobby. There is convenient access to the ground level meeting room, library, business center, and fitness facility, which is located adjacent to the outdoor pool. The expansive rooftop terrace extends beyond the indoor game room and club room, and provides abundant views of the community green and pool.

The building offers multiple size units from studios to two bedrooms, most of which feature balconies overlooking the community green. Many upper level and ground level units offer a private terrace. It includes 42 affordably priced units, which means 12.5% is below market price. The other 299 units will be market rate.
