Renovation to 4-story, 250-unit wood-frame condominium for the common areas and amenities.

Description

Largo Town Center, a 250-unit, wood-frame condominium building, consists of a connected, 4-story residential building with an integral amenity clubhouse. The clubhouse floors are connected by an elegant, elliptical grand stair, with warm woods and high ceilings that bring an element of understated sophistication to the space. Amenity spaces within the clubhouse include a two-story fitness center, a two-story indoor basketball sport court, a two-story clubroom, and an A/V theatre. WDG’s area of work included the lower level and first floor level of the clubhouse, comprising of approximately 13,000 sf, as well as the unit area main corridors and elevator lobbies. In addition to its interior design services, WDG also provided documentation, selection of finishes and materials, lighting design, furniture selection, and coordination services.
