Master planning for a 20 acre site at the future Tysons-McLean Metro Station. 7 buildings 10 to 23 stories with 2,570 units, 50,000-sf retail and 3,100 parking spaces in three levels below grade and podiums. Final design of the first building is in progress.

Description

WDG Architecture was tasked with master planning and rezoning (ongoing) a 20 acre site within walking distance of the Tysons East Metro Station. The approved master plan calls for over 2.6 million square feet of mixed-uses, a new street grid and abundant public spaces and parks.
