Description

Nestled just east of the Four Seasons and south of the Austin Convention Center is The Shore, a 22-story, 192-unit residential building located in downtown Austin, Texas. Located adjacent to Lady Bird Lake in the developing 27-acre Waterfront District, The Shore combines the luxury of lakeside living with the convenience of downtown accessibility. The complex sits within walking distance of the public hike and bike trail, Sixth Street’s nightlife, and the central business district.

The external design expresses an exciting interplay of ideas: a grid of alternating stone and glass on the western facade reflects the structure of unified residential life, while the eastern facade’s eclectic geometries and sleek curvilinear forms represent Austin’s sophisticated urban lifestyle.

Floor plans range from 500-sf to 2,500-sf, with select units having spacious outdoor terraces. Each unit will offer a view of downtown Austin, Town Lake, or serene treetops.
