Description

Prior to its redevelopment, this site consisted of the three-building Quality Hotel Arlington. Continuously operated since the early 1960’s, two buildings were razed to make way for the new residential component, Vista on Courthouse. The 220-unit, 12-story apartment tower offers one, two and three bedroom flats as well as three- and four-bedroom bi-level homes with private entrances on Fairfax Drive.

The rental community is complemented by 32 for-sale brick townhomes with three or four bedrooms; each four-level townhouse comes with private garage access. Homeowners benefit from an amenity package that includes an upscale fitness center, outdoor pool, private theater and party room, and 24-hour concierge service.

Vista on Courthouse earned 24 Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) points from Arlington County’s Environmental Planning Office due to an array of environmental components.
