Mr. Hammann joined WDG Architecture in 2000 as Director of Multifamily Residential and Senior Living, contributing over four decades of expertise in planning, design, and zoning for housing of all types. He is accomplished in all facets of the development process—from initial planning and zoning through construction, including interface with community groups, public officials, finance, marketing and property operations. Mr. Hammann’s career emphasis has been specifically on high-density residential plus senior living. He has managed the planning and design of high-density multifamily residential projects, urban infill, transit oriented, and mixed-use developments, along with all types of retirement communities, with major developers in cities throughout the United States and abroad.
