Mr. Little has been practicing architecture since 1986.  He began his career in the DC office, then practiced in Kentucky and subsequently came back to WDG to open the Dallas Texas office in 1998. 

As Principal of the Dallas office, Mr. Little is in charge of the day to day management in addition to his design responsibilities.  Sterling ensures the team conformance and management goals for all WDG projects.  He works closely with the architectural design and production departments to ensure that quality control is maintained throughout each project.  Sterling has a broad range of experience and an extensive and varied portfolio of project types including multifamily, hospitality, mixed use, master planning and commercial.
