Mr. Schlegel joined WDG Architecture in 1995. Prior to this he served as a Project Architect for several other firms where he developed considerable expertise working on a variety of new construction project types, including mixed-use, industrial, commercial, retail and assembly occupancies. Moreover, he has worked on the repair, alteration, addition and renovation of many existing structures, a number of which required the preparation of submissions to the National Capitol Planning Commission and the Commission of Fine Arts.

Mr. Schlegel has also served as a Technical Coordinator, bearing responsibility for the preparation of construction documents and the coordination of consultant work, shop drawing reviews and on-site inspections in order to ensure the timely completion of multi-phased projects.
