One K Street SW has finally hit the press! Three blocks from Nats Park, on the corner of K St & South Capitol, the 13-story, 352-unit multifamily project with WC Smith is the latest proposed addition to DC's Navy Yard.
"The top and bottom of the new project will be devoted to building amenity spaces. The penthouse level will include outdoor terraces and lounge areas, while the western portion of the roof will have a dog park and play area. A swimming pool and pool deck will be located on the upper penthouse level."
