This project is the first phase of a 180 Acre mixed-use master plan which will create a new walkable density-driven development. The building is 4 stories of Type V construction over a 2-story podium lined with retail and residential units. 510N’s six stories' steps down with an urban form setback facing the central park, providing generous terraces situated above the ground floor retail and leasing space. The amenities feature a fitness center and event terrace that overlooks the central park, and a club space with kitchen and event room, which open to the pool courtyard. The transitional language reflects the character of the established neighboring communities with stone, light blended brick, dark metal accents, and warm grey siding.
