Towering 26 stories above the ground and sited along Wiehle Ave across from the landmark Helmut Jahn office tower, the JW Marriott bookends the entrance to Comstock’s Reston Station mixed-use development. The 527,000 square foot project consist of 93 luxury residences situated above 245 premium hotel guest rooms, separate hotel and condominium amenities, a conference and meeting facility, a three-meal restaurant and bar, social lobbies, support spaces, and below grade parking.

The luxury hotel and residence is Virginia’s first JW and is a signature component to the surrounding neighborhood. Hotel guests arrive at the grand porte-cochere where valet parking service is provided. Complimenting the larger Reston Station complex with other food and beverage opportunities, the hotel café and restaurant provide an active integrated experience through indoor/outdoor dining, connecting to the vibrancy of the urban street fabric and the ‘event lawn’ central to the development. Located within walking distance of the Reston Metro Station and the Washington and Old Dominion bike trail, the project is further connected to all the cultural and entertainment amenities the Nation’s Capital affords.

Other amenities the hotel offers are a JW member executive lounge complete with food service, casual lounge and entertainment, a conference room, and an independent roof terrace with seating and a fire pit. On the third floor a larger outdoor terrace with seating, fire pits, and visual connection to the ‘event lawn’ are provided, adjacent to a fully equipped fitness center with outdoor aerobic activities. The JW Residence has an independent amenity package including an upper floor lounge and entertainment zone, common kitchen with full line of appliances, gaming areas, a spin center and fitness facility, and a dedicated outdoor roof terrace with outdoor grilles, televisions, fire pits, and casual seating arrangements.
