While it shares the "twin tower" logic of its counterpart, Momentum is distinguished by its refined material palette and sophisticated detailing, particularly starting above the fourth floor where specialized metal paneling emphasizes its 36-story height. The tower integrates high-end indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, including a rooftop pool and 10th-floor courtyards that offer residents panoramic views of the Downtown Atlanta skyline.
