Being recognized by our peers across the region is an extraordinary moment for WDG Architecture, our development partner Foulger Pratt, and the entire design and construction team.
Located at 1425 New York Avenue NW, just steps from the White House, the project transformed a 13-story, 280,000-square-foot former Department of Justice office building into a vibrant 243-unit luxury residential community in the heart of Washington, DC.
This award is a testament to what is possible when technical detailing, quality control, and thoughtful urban repositioning come together. We couldn't be prouder of our project team's dedication to turning structural constraints into opportunities for innovative design, breathing new life into DC’s Central Business District.
