WASHINGTON, DC - Construction firm CFP, a division of Clark Construction, and developer Foulger-Pratt have announced the delivery of the first phase of Accolade, a landmark project that transformed a former Department of Justice office building into Washington, DC’s newest luxury apartments. Located at 1425 New York Avenue, NW, the Accolade is now the closest residential building to the White House. Residents began moving in this week.
