With more than 700 MW of data center experience, Frederick brings a proven ability to implement mission-critical programs into a wide range of building types, from ground-up greenfield sites to highly complex structural conversions. His diverse portfolio includes implementing a new global design strategy for a hyperscale developer, designing an on-site natural gas-powered hyperscale data center campus, and leading a NAIOP award-winning data center project. Frederick consistently demonstrates the ability to plan and optimize architectural solutions that meet tight schedules and budget constraints. His recent work spans hyperscale data centers, large-scale student housing, large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial projects across VA, TX, MD, DC, CA, IL, RI as well as projects internationally in the Middle East, Europe and Southeast Asia.
