With more than 700 MW of data center experience, Frederick brings a proven ability to integrate mission-critical functions into a wide range of building types, from ground-up greenfield sites to highly complex structural conversions. His diverse portfolio includes implementing a global design standard for international hyperscale developer, designing a natural gas-powered hyperscale data center campus, and leading a NAIOP award-winning data center project. Frederick consistently demonstrates the ability to plan and optimize architectural solutions that meet aggressive schedules and budget constraints. His recent work spans hyperscale data centers, large-scale student residential, mixed-use residential, and commercial projects across VA, TX, MD, DC, CA, IL, RI, as well as international projects in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
