Joanne is a Director and Project Manager with over 20 years of experience leading federal, public-sector, and institutional projects, with additional depth in large-scale residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial work. She routinely serves as Project Manager and primary point of contact for clients and contracting representatives, managing scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams. Mrs. Trumbo is well versed in federal and public-sector standards and requirements, including IBC, NFPA, ABA/UFAS, ANSI, FHA, LEED, and Guiding Principles. Her portfolio includes projects with complex MEP and infrastructure systems, occupied and phased construction environments, and exposure to secure facilities.  Joanne brings a disciplined, documentation-focused approach to delivery, leading QA/QC and constructability reviews and managing RFIs, submittals, ASIs, and closeout documentation. She regularly leads large teams; coordinates across multiple agencies and end users; and maintains clear, effective communication throughout all phases of a project communication.
