Joanne Trumbo is a Director and Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience successfully delivering federal, public-sector, and institutional projects. She provides day-to-day project leadership and serves as the primary point of contact for clients and contracting representatives, ensuring effective management of scope, schedule, budget, and risk while coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.

Mrs. Trumbo brings extensive knowledge of federal and public-sector design and construction requirements, including GSA P100, NFPA, IBC, ABA/UFAS, ANSI, LEED, and the Guiding Principles. Her experience includes projects with complex MEP and infrastructure systems, secure facilities, and occupied or phased construction environments, allowing her to proactively address compliance, constructability, and operational continuity challenges.

Joanne applies a disciplined, documentation-focused approach to project delivery, leading QA/QC and constructability reviews and managing RFIs, submittals, ASIs, and closeout documentation to support successful project outcomes. She routinely leads large, multi-disciplinary teams, coordinates across multiple agencies and end users, and maintains clear, consistent communication to support on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction.
