Acram LBJ is a five- and seven-story residential development featuring 435 apartment units in North Dallas, Texas. Located at 5550 LBJ Freeway, the project transforms a nearly nine-acre site formerly occupied by aging office buildings into a modern multifamily community. The development combines 217 market-rate residences with 218 affordable units, creating a diverse housing opportunity in a highly desirable area of Dallas.

The project consists of two residential buildings connected to an existing parking structure, which is being retained from the site’s previous use as an office complex. Designed to provide a contemporary residential experience, the community features a variety of amenities that encourage convenience, comfort, and social interaction. A seventh-floor sky lounge offers an elevated gathering space, while a resident clubroom and dedicated coworking areas provide flexible environments for relaxation, collaboration, and everyday activities.
