WDG meticulously oversaw the transformation of this former commercial landmark into a vibrant, mixed-use haven of residential experience that bridges the building’s mid-century corporate legacy with a modern sense of cosmopolitan comfort.

By leveraging the substantial structural potential of the 50-story tower, our design team navigated the intricate technicalities of high-rise office-to-residential conversion to create a tranquil urban retreat. The project seamlessly integrates 291 luxury units high-performance systems and a bespoke amenity program tailored to the pace of the contemporary professional.

Central to the building's social fabric is the 39th-floor amenity suite, designed as a holistic sanctuary in the heart of the Central Business District. This expansive level functions as a "club-in-the-sky," featuring a comprehensive entertainment hub for billiards, shuffleboard, and gaming, balanced by a wellness center that offers a state-of-the-art fitness destination—complete with a pickleball court and saunas—where residents can find reprieve against the backdrop of the Dallas skyline.

Through strategic technical detailing and a commitment to design clarity, Peridot Residences breathes new life into a Dallas icon, reinforcing the vibrancy of the urban fabric through innovative repositioning.
