Description

Strategically located on the I-270 Technology Corridor, the six building Park Potomac will offer 570,000 SF of trophy-quality office space when fully built out. Park Potomac is bringing a commercial core to historically residential Potomac. Tenants benefit from high I-270 visibility and easy access to Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. The already completed first phase of Park Potomac includes a Harris Teeter grocery store, condominiums, town homes, and 80,000 square feet of retail space.
Building D, the third building in the Park Potomac to be completed, offers 131,000-sf of trophy class office space. The brick and metal facade features artist designed spandrel panels depicting iconic Maryland flora and fauna.
