287,500-sf, 10-story, 253-unit residential with 15,800-sf of retail and 2 levels of parking for 253 cars.

Building D

6,400-sf parking garage with retail.  Includes 4 levels of parking for 426 cars.

Addition to Building A, including 2-story, 11,000-sf of added retail.

Building B

225,000-sf, 7-story office with 96,000-sf retail and parking for 329 cars.

Building B1
