WDG's Bob Keane Interviewed by ABC TV about Knox Box Replacement Project

Bob Keane, Managing Principal and Director of Higher Education, was interviewed by WJLA / ABC TV about the replacement project for the well-known Knox Box housing, which is across the street from the University of Maryland.  The new project, Terrapin Row, is being developed by Toll Brothers.  The mixed-use project will have seven buildings with a total of 429 units and 1,567 beds.  To see the interview ... read more

Construction to begin soon on Las Colinas’ Water Street project

The Dallas Morning News reports that while construction has not started yet on the Water Street apartment and retail project in Las Colinas, Gables Residential, the developer, has been lining up the retail tenants.

WDG Launches Special Projects Initiative with Gift to Catholic University

WDG recently launched the WDG/Special Projects Initiative (WDG/SPI) in support of educational and outreach programs in the Washington metropolitan area. Developed to commemorate WDG’s 75th anniversary this year, WDG/SPI’s inaugural project involves a collaboration between the design firm and a team of graduate students in The Catholic University of America’s (CUA) real estate development concentration.
