Description
A five level cast in place concrete parking structure with a wrapped, wood framed residential component. Las Colinas Station development consists of one parking structure and wood framed residential buildings. The Wood Framed Residential Buildings are supported on a ground bearing shallow foundation. The parking structure is approximately five levels. The framing system for the garage is reinforced concrete columns supporting a two way “wide slab” post tensioned concrete slab. The wood framed residential component of the development will be four and five stories.
