Modern, airy, and architecturally inspiring, 1015 Half Street is a freestanding office building in the dynamic Capitol Riverfront District of Southeast Washington, DC. 1015 Half Street offers modern details, dramatic 360-degree city views including the US Capitol and the Nationals Ballpark, underground parking and a location in the heart of the city’s rapidly developing new business, residential and entertainment district.

Proudly sustainable, the building boasts LEED-Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. Environmentally-friendly features include a garden roof, recycled building materials, bicycle storage supported by showers and changing rooms, special attention to indoor air quality, water-saving bathroom fixtures, high efficiency HVAC systems and proximity to the Metro public transportation system.

The Class A office building is a mixed-use project that includes ground-floor retail, a two-story lobby, three levels of below-grade parking with 274 spaces and a rooftop terrace.

The facility’s exterior skin includes 52,000 square feet of special glazing designed to maximize views and minimize solar heat gain. The building was designed to meet U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) criteria for office buildings.
