Description

Colorado Springs Senior Living is a new market-rate community planned to bring residential and enriching amenity spaces to seniors with varying levels of independence. The development includes 90 Independent Living units, 50 Assisted Living units, and 20 Memory Care units. The serene residences frame a spacious courtyard, which will serve as a central gathering place and provide direct access to the commons building. Multiple dining venues, community recreational areas, an indoor pool, and a wellness center will be located in the commons facility.

Low-rise construction, local stone façades and gabled roofs articulate the Colorado vernacular architecture and allow the building to blend into the mountainous landscape. The site is organized to maximize stunning views of the Rocky Mountains to the West and expansive views to the East.
