15-acre, 4.5 million-sf new mixed-use transit-oriented master plan located at the Tysons Spring Hill Metro Station.

Description

Capital Automotive Real Estate, one of the largest land owners adjacent to the Spring Hill Station Metro,  has commissioned WDG to develop a master plan for their 15-acre site located in the new Tysons TOD district. WDG is responsible for developing a master plan sensitive to the existing land use, existing Fairfax County right of way that are running through the development, new Dominion substation that will be serving the Tysons area, active recreational facility and reserve protected area (RFA). Given the challenges in hand, we are successful in incorporating these criteria with 4.5 million-sf new mixed use development. This new development is consist of 2.1 million-sf  of office, 2.0 million-sf of multi-family residential, 215,000-sf of retail and 200,000-sf of hospitality uses.
