Description

The Milton is the second building in Kimco’s Pentagon Centre Masterplan, a 16.8-acre parcel located in the most visible and busiest area of Pentagon City. Pentagon Centre is envisioned as a world class urban, transit oriented, high density mixed use lifestyle community with over 1.8 million square feet of redevelopment planned to be completed during the next 40 years.

Located at the intersection of South Hayes Street and South 15th Street, this 250 unit, 10-story residential building is conveniently situated near Pentagon City Metro Station, one of the busiest rail stations. To insure the 24-hour vitality of the project, it will be a mixed use space compatible with the surrounding neighborhood. The street level experience is activated with ground floor retail including restaurant space and neighborhood retail. Large storefront windows line the street to enhance the activation at this level.
